Don't mention that.
ReplyDeleteI am also one of the upset and furious buyer. Initially I bought this property back in 08 for marriage in Oct this yr. Now all my dreams has shattered. I will never recommend any1 to buy from this developer again.
ReplyDeleteBtw, may I know how many buyers are actually aware of this blog/site? The latest update is the keys will only be handed earlier by the end of this yr!! I cant believe this project took more than 4 yrs to complete!
ReplyDeletehow many 3+1(TOP) and deplex left ?
ReplyDeleteany agent introduce ?
Because of the delays, my family plan went out of hand and I can't do anything about it.
ReplyDeleteThe delays have pissed us off. But looking at the brighter side, at least the project is not abandoned, it is still running and moving at a healthy pace, and it has reached to its final stage. I would say those who buy Bayan Villa now are the more fortunate batch of purchasers because everything has been sorted out and the delivery is not very far from now.
4 years undoubtedly is a long time, but knowing what had happened during this period, it is not so difficult to believe and accept it.
Hi Kin Chan, I do not know other salespersons except Mr Jonathan, he earned my commission. You can look for him if you are interested in Bayan Villa.
Any further update on the progress?
ReplyDeletePurchaser Au visited the site and talked to David yesterday, I think he will be updating us soon.
