Reply from David Teng, the spokeperson of Bukit Ikhlas

David Teng, the spokeperson from the management of Bukit Ikhlas has replied us, but it doesn't help to boost the progress of the development, delay means delay. Let me summarize David's reply for your reading pleasure.

According to David, the physical construction of the units has been completed, and they have been progressively receiving keys from the main contractors. But he added that they were having issues with the statutories authorities, who keep changing and adding to their (statutories authorities) requirements.

I am not sure if it is good for me to reveal the details of David's reply, especially on the Syabas and MPSJ related matters. Anyway, the purchasers have requested a meeting with Bukit Ikhlas to be arranged as soon as possible.

  1. Bkt Ikhlas management always claimed that the delay is caused by the statutories authorities, however I think Bkt Ikhlas themselves should be accounted for the delay, because eventhough the statutories authorities keep changing the plan, but the work for landscaping (cascading waterfall between blocks), playground, perimeter wall with cctv are still pending for 100% completion. What if there are more and more changes they claimed by statutories authorities in the future and delay the CF submission? We want an exact confirmation date for the 100% completion of those work which I mentioned earlier.

  2. What make me more worry is Bkt Ikhlas will then announce the CF submission can only be done after the completion of the Bayan Villa Club House and/or houses that they are going to build next to Bayan Villa.
