Please be informed that there is a meeting to be held on June 14, 2009 (Sunday) 12:30pm at the balai in Taman Universiti Indah. Together with us are the local councilor Mr Pooi, Pengarah Mr Ismail from Jabatan Perancangan Bandar of MPSJ, and you, the purchasers.
FAQ:
1. When is the meeting?
- June 14, 2009 (Sunday), 12:30pm.
2. Where will it be held?
- The balai in Taman Universiti Indah
3. Where is the balai?
- The balai is located opposite to Caltex petrol station in Taman U. Indah. (next to Playing field or Sek Keb Taman U. Indah)
4. Where is Taman Universiti Indah?
- Please refer to http://bayan-villa.blogspot.com/2009/06/bukit-ikhlas-satelite-map.html for the exact location.
5. Who and what parties will be attending?
- Mr Ismail of MPSJ, Mr Pooi of the local councilor, and the purchasers whoever can make it, the more the merrier.
6. Why isn't a rep from Bukit Ikhlas attending?
- Probably the Singaporean bosses are coming over on Tuesday, so they prefer to meet on Tuesday instead. But Tuesday is quite impossible to most of the purchasers as we have to go to work to earn a penny to serve the monthly bank loan interest. I am still working on getting Mr David of Bukit Ikhlas to join us on Sunday. Anyway, I will definitely meet them up on Tuesday and if you can make it too, please join me.
7. What to prepare?
- Any questions and doubts about Bukit Ikhlas project development, do not forget to bring along your brain too.
8. What kind of questions can be asked on Sunday?
- E.g., when is the opening of the interchange to Putrajaya-KL highway, how many access roads are there when we get the CF and where are the access roads, something like that.
9. How much is the entrance?
- Free of charge
10. So far, anyone from the purchasers will be attending?
- Yes, Ms Lei, Mr Au and his sister-in-law, and I have confirmed our attendance for the Sunday meeting.

I think a meeting with MPSJ only is wasting time and downright conter-productive. We are here to clarify the matter and hopefully make resolution of the item at hand (mainly so that we could get our CF asap). Would you think that we could have a better discussion with MPSJ compared with what BI are dealing with them?
ReplyDeleteThis would be the same as what we are doing in the forum atm. Listening to one-sided stories and making the blame game again. I seriously would like to go against such a meeting other than to discuss matter pertaining to SK instead of BI matters.
Could we arrange a proper meeting with all the parties stake (MPSJ, BI, YB) each claiming their stake. That way, we can hold everyone accountable for their words.

Hi Calvin, according to Mr David, Bukit Ikhlas are dealing with MPSJ on approval now.
ReplyDeleteInitially this meeting was arranged with Bukit Ikhlas taken part in, but unfortunately they cannot make it on June 14. They have given a new date that is on June 16, which most of the purchasers are not able to make it.
Anyway, the June 14 meeting will be going ahead without Bukit Ikhlas. We have read Mr David's reply and explanation on Ms lei's recent 'discovery', we need to know if there is anything missed out by Bukit Ikhlas. Anyhow, I am gonna meet Bukit Ikhlas on June 16, I will drag Mr Pooi and Mr Ismail along with me if they are able to make it on June 16.

ReplyDeleteI'm one of the purchaser for Bayan Villa @ Bukit Ikhlas! To be honest, we have no idea at all pertaining to this meeting and we felt that this meeting certainly helpful to all the purchasers like us. I have bought the property on year 2007 and yet to get to move in till now and sad to say that the Developer NEVER EVER took any initiative to update us the status of getting the key. We have to call to them and got to know that it's been delayed again, again and again.
Hi Sam, would appreciate if you could update us the status should you have met the representatives from MPSJ. When will we be getting the CF??????? Please count me in should there be any meeting to be held in near future. We certainly will attend to find out the truth!
