There was a meeting called by MPSJ, and the developers within 5km radius were invited for feedback. According to David's understanding that if MPSJ can raise sufficient fund, then Selangor state government would want to build it before the federal government.
Are they trying to get credit before the next election? If yes, it is not something bad to us. We will definitely support those who can help us up, right? We can begin to realise the potential of appreciation of Bayan Villa when the MEX interchange is open, perhaps from the current RM300k to RM600k in 3 years time, who know? Let's keep our fingers crossed.
