Some purchasers are suggesting a temporary committee to be formed, so that we have an official group of people to liaise with the developer and the relevant parties, also to discuss / negotiate on issues such as the maintenance fees and so on.
I think this idea is good, but we must get more purchasers' concern and involvement, to enlarge the group. Otherwise, it will be useless. What say you?

I am ok with the idea. Btw, what is the meeting outcome yesterday on the access road? I really getting frustrated on this road issue. Seems like the developer have not plan this properly during the initial stage and resulted in this unnecessary delay. Appreciate if someone could update on the access road issue. Cheers.
ReplyDeleteIn our previous meeting with the developer, the local council and MPSJ, we were told that there is an access road in the MPSJ plan, which is the one connecting from Sun Garden. But that access road has been blocked by Sun Garden. They built walls to block the access and the residents there are reluctant to reopen it for Bukit Ikhlas. Anyway, Bukit Ikhlas is building the road connecting to Sun Garden although the walls have yet to be demolished. Mr Pooi of the local Council MPSJ is sorting this out for us, he will liaise Sun Garden and hopefully this can be resolved without offending the Sun Garden residents.
ReplyDeleteAbout the newly proposed access road as an alternative, Mr Ismail, the Pengarah Perancangan of MPSJ has replied my email, saying that the new access road proposal is still pending in JKR Negeri Selangor. He did not say much in his email.
