Bukit Ikhlas Billboard (1)
Bukit Ikhlas Billboard (2)
The illustration of Bayan Club on the billboard looks ugly.
The entrance.
The reservoir (Taken on 22 March 2009)
The reservoir (Today)
I think this piece of land is deveoped by Sin Heap Lee, Taman Universiti Indah.
Another shot.
This is the last shot.
This set of photos was taken in this morning before the salespersons stepped in the office. I had not had a chance to ask them about the new development. I will call them up some time next week for an answer from them.

ReplyDeletethanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteam i imagining but it seems to me that there's no progress on the reservoir? they have to obtain approval first before work can recommenced?
Thanks Sam for the nice pic of the work progress. i think they waiting for the reservior support bean to fully dry then install the big water tank which should be fast since they have started to dismantle the scafolding(based on the picture taken by Sam). By the way, i notice that Bukit Ikhlas has redesign their website. And also does anyone knows whats the ball in the Centre Park for?? Deco??
ReplyDeleteNo problem with the updates.
ReplyDeleteI have enlarged the photos for clearer viewing. I can't say there is no progress with the reservoir because I did notice something added. But I don't know if i should call it slow as I am not in construction line.
i went to the sales office for the first time today. i love the concept and the dual unit (for individual stay).but i was told only 2 units left! is it really that fast selling?! i really doubt it.
ReplyDeleteBayan Villa is not newly launch project, it is normal that there isn't a lot of units available now. As a purchaser, I am happy to hear what you said to us. I think almost all of us (purchasers) are attracted to the initial concept of the project, but somehow the concept has been 're-tuned' or amended, I would say the current concept are not so attractive anymore.
ReplyDeleteHi Sam,
ReplyDeleteWhat concept been amended ? i would like to know more. TQ.
Maybe 'concept' is not a suitable word, I should have used 'finishing'. I am refering to the carpark finishing. You can see the difference (before and after) on my blog.
ReplyDeleteYou can check here to see the difference.
